Sydney Richards joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in September 2023 as human resources generalist. In this role she focuses on onboarding, benefits and payroll. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in human resources from the University of Pittsburgh. Before working in HR, she was a client accounting specialist at BNY Mellon.

He has 20 years of experience in investment management, insurance and advanced planning. As director at Pittsburgh-based Gateway Financial, a national independent insurance advisory firm, Lerach advances business development, which involves creating and managing relationships with clients and professional advisors.
