Sydney Richards joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in September 2023 as human resources generalist. In this role she focuses on onboarding, benefits and payroll. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in human resources from the University of Pittsburgh. Before working in HR, she was a client accounting specialist at BNY Mellon.
In her free time, Syndey facilitates wellness-based workshops and does performance arts at different events in and out of state. When her schedule is not busy, she can be found at home taking care of her plants and spending time with her cat Juniper.
