Gayle Golding
Gayle Golding joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in October 2023 as program assistant. In that role, she will coordinate and implement administrative processes related to grantmaking, provide support to grant applicants and provide administrative and communications support to program staff. Most recently, Gayle was a staff assistant for Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Development and Alumni Engagement.

Mary Kate Ranii joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in October 2023 as program officer for Environment and Community Health. In this role, she manages a portfolio that executes strategies to protect and improve the physical health of communities and preserves our environment by advancing environmental justice and prioritizing health equity in Allegheny County.

Joshua Devine
Joshua Devine joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in October 2023 as program officer for Economic Mobility. In this role, he manages a grantmaking portfolio that enhances the nonprofit sector’s ability to identify and address barriers to employment and career advancement, affordable housing and homeownership and entrepreneurship. Most recently, Joshua was the director of racial economic equity for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition.

Taliya Allen
Taliya Allen joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in October 2023 as program associate. In this role, she will primarily be working in the area of arts and culture, providing project management for several initiatives including Advancing Black Arts in Pittsburgh and the Exposure Artist Program; supporting efforts to strengthen relationships with grantees and connecting artists to one another as well as local and national resources that support their careers and lives.
