Zack Azzarelli joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in August 2023 as an investment operations associate. Along with the chief investment officer and senior vice president of operations and the investment manager of portfolios, Zack will assist in the administration and management of the Foundation’s internal portfolios, Third Party Investment Manager relationships as well as the Clearwater platform.
Before coming to the Foundation, Zack was a staff auditor at Dollar Bank. He is a graduate of Indiana University of PA (IUP) where he was a member of the Student Managed Investment Portfolio, managing a portion of the school’s endowment. He got his start in community banking, assisting companies in the processing of their Paycheck Protection Program loans, the SBA-backed loan that helped businesses keep their workforces during the COVID-19 crisis.
Zack is a Pittsburgh native currently living in Heidelberg. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and golf.
