Tim Little joined The Pittsburgh Foundation as grants coordinator in November 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the administration, execution and integrity of the Foundation’s grants processing for donor-advised funds, providing expert coordination and monitoring of the grants process from donor recommendation to the release of grant payment.

Tim was most recently with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, where he worked as a development coordinator. He has a Bachelor of Arts in graphic and communication design from La Roche University and a background in logistics. Seeking a career pivot after Covid, he earned a certificate in philanthropy and nonprofit management from Slippery Rock University and began his non-profit career as an intern with the Children’s Institute where he assisted their development team with fundraising campaigns. In his free time, he enjoys playing the drums and is an active member of the Pittsburgh music scene.
