Peter Mathieson Director Emeritus

Emeritus board member Peter F. Mathieson was a member of the Foundation’s Board from 2005 to 2014, during which he served as treasurer and chair of the Investment Committee. He currently serves as a member of the Foundation’s Investment Committee. He is also on the board of directors of the Buhl Foundation and serves on the executive committee and chairs the investment committee for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. He is an Honor Board member of The Mentoring Partnership of S.W. Pennsylvania and also sits on the investment committee of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.

He is a partner with Fairview Capital Investment Management, which directly manages more than $1.8 billion for high net worth individuals, families, corporations, retirement plans, foundations and endowments. He previously served as president and managing director of Guyasuta Investment Advisors, which he co-founded in 1994.
