E and E Scholarship Fund The E and E Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation/The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to award scholarships to Penn-Trafford High School seniors planning to complete a post-secondary education. Awardees will also have demonstrated strong academic performance and a dedication to community service.

Criteria

• Attend Penn-Trafford High School as a graduating senior.
• Have made a significant commitment to volunteer community service in helping families in need or the community as a whole.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2-or 4-year college or university.

How to Apply

• Complete the essay section of the application.
• Submit two letters of reference from individuals unrelated to you.
• Submit your unofficial transcripts.
