Since 2016, Neil has served as business process associate managing the Foundation’s database, developing policies and procedures, and leading all reporting. He updates donor, prospect and advisor records, and compiles internal performance metrics and works with the finance department to manage funds and process donations. Neil also teams with Communications on events and mailing lists, website updates and constituent management. Other key duties include assisting the grants team with donor recommended grants, scholarship coding and tracking, and grant history reporting. Prior to this, he served as administrative assistant and data analyst for the Development and Donor Services team.
Neil grew up in Harrisburg, Pa., and attended Harrisburg Area Community College before moving on to the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. He graduated from Pitt with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in international development. He resides in Squirrel Hill and enjoys dancing, running, fostering intentional communities and improvisational storytelling with InterPlay.
