The Pittsburgh Foundation’s Small and Mighty program awarded $15,000 to Evolve Coaching in 2021. The organization provides services to help individuals become integrated and productive members of the local community.
Evolve Coaching provides specialized coaching services to help about 150 neurodiverse individuals navigate college and professional life annually. The organization serves diverse clients between the ages of 17 and 35. Ninety-two percent of its clients enrolled in college graduate within five years. Evolve Coaching plans to use this funding to engage a consultant to build a customer relation management system that will advance its strategic goals of diversifying funding and increasing revenue.
The Small and Mighty grants program focuses on grant seeking for small nonprofits that are meeting basic needs in our region. Since 2016, the program has awarded funding to many nonprofit organizations with budgets of less than $600,000. View a list of all Small and Mighty grantees.
