William R. Shaffalo Scholarship Fund The William R. Shaffalo Scholarship Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation was created to provide educational assistance to students attending Upper St. Clair High School who demonstrates talent in art and is pursuing an undergraduate art major.

Criteria

• Attend Upper St. Clair High School as a graduating senior.
• Pursue a degree or studies in art.
• Plan to attend a 2-or 4-year college or university.

• Complete the essay section of the application.
• Submit one letter of reference from someone who is not related to you.
• Submit your unofficial transcripts.
