Mary Louise and Ruth were sisters, although little is known of Ruth's life. Mary Louise passed away on Aug. 5, 1999.
Mary Louise lived in Bellevue was a Teacher in the Pittsburgh Public Schools. She attended The Frick Training School for Teachers and received both her Bachelors and Masters of Education degrees from The University of Pittsburgh. She retired from teaching in 1972.
During her life, Mary Louise was a member of The College Club of Pittsburgh as well as the local, state and national Retired Teachers Association.
The fund is devoted to the support of the charitable purposes of The Pittsburgh Foundation.
