Kristin joined The Pittsburgh Foundation in 2014. She manages the Foundation's digital platforms making sure they remain fresh in design and content. These digital platforms include several external-facing websites as well as outbound email communications. She also ensures that current donors are connected to the Foundation’s communications and online services, including the donor website and systems. She serves as the technology lead for the Communications team.
Before joining the Foundation, Kristin worked in higher education for more than seven years at Carlow University as the director of web communications. Prior to that, she has worked in communications-related roles in the higher education, technology, health care and publishing industries. She earned her master’s in business administration at Carlow University and has a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
Kristin is active in her community and volunteers for several nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors for the South Side Slopes Neighborhood Association and The Brashear Association.
