Evan Frazier is senior vice president of Community Affairs for Highmark Health, an integrated health care organization with over 35,000 employees, where he oversees corporate giving, community programs, volunteerism and the Highmark Foundation.
Before taking that position in 2010, he served as president and CEO of the Hill House Association and the Hill House Economic Development Corp. for six years. His professional background also includes: PNC Financial Services Group as a vice president for strategic planning and then finance communications; the Manchester Bidwell Corp. as senior vice president; and Eat’n Park Restaurants, where he was director of community relations.
Frazier has served on more than 30 civic boards in his professional career, including current memberships: Carnegie Hero Fund Commission; Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh; Carnegie Museum of Natural History; Central Catholic High School; Jefferson Regional Foundation; the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute of Politics; and The Shyne Awards Foundation, for which he is Board Chair. He has also received numerous awards locally and nationally. He is an alumnus of Leadership Pittsburgh (Class XIV) and a member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity (Rho Boule).
