The Foundation can accept secure online donations using your credit card account. For your protection, all transactions are processed through a secure server site. You will not be required to provide a credit card number until you hit submit on this page and are taken to the secure site.

The Pittsburgh Foundation accepts Visa and MasterCard only. This is not the form for donations to The Pittsburgh Promise. To give to the Promise, please click here

Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.

As of January 1, 1994, the Internal Revenue Service requires contemporaneous written receipt for all gifts of $250 or more.

The letter you will receive from The Pittsburgh Foundation is your IRS acceptable receipt and will serve as a confirmation that you have received no goods or service from us in exchange for your gift. Please save as proof of your charitable gift.

Canceled checks no longer constitute sufficient documentation to support a charitable tax deduction.
